Positives include: pre-conference and assessment time to meet my goals for the project…flexibility to alter plans after reviewing scale mock-ups…prompt replies to e-mails…on-time appointments…friendly attitudes all around…all concerns addressed to satisfaction. My first project of this kind…to use space efficiently…I forgot about the heavy objects that needed to remain on the floor and neglected to adjust measurements early on…something to remember/future. I failed to look down as well as up re: use of space.
