When you buy a new closet, you want to know the company that installed it will stand behind the quality of the materials, installation and workmanship. Chicago Closets offers you that peace of mind.
Each one of our new closets comes with warranties standard to all of our installs. We feel confident in the quality of our products, and we want you to feel comfortable knowing we will listen and respond to any concerns that may arise.
Types of Warranties on Our Closets
We offer three different warranties:
- Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty Coverage: This guarantees the products you buy from us will remain free of material and workmanship defects for a normal lifetime, based on single-family residential usage. The warranty covers the original user of the closet.
- One Year Non-Residential Warranty Coverage: We pledge our material and workmanship will stay defect-free for a year in commercial or non-residential instances. This covers only the original user of the closet.
- Exclusive Remedy: If you have a defective product, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time, at no cost to you. If the repair does not occur, our liability will cover only the purchase price of the product.
